Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Shortlisting resumes and arranging the functional interview and verifying documents and employment screening.
Preparing and submitting the Manpower Budget to Management, monitor & control any variance between the budgeted and actual headcount.
Preparing for KRA (Managers & above) & Skill matrix of technical employees for their performance evaluation on the Quarterly basis.
Implementation of Reward & Recognition Programme.
Identifying training & development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department HOD.
Impart Training on behavioural aspects to all employees to enhance their Interpersonal Skill.
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs as well as developing effective induction programs.
Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counselling and other tools.
Undertaking employee engagement activities and policy-driven process for various celebrations of employees and giving the award to the best employees for their performances. Drive employee engagement initiatives at Plant & Corporate Office. Submission of Employee engagement & welfare activities to Management.
Enhancing EHS awareness of Employees & EHS Training & Pep talks to employees and contractor's work.
Carried out CSR activities as per Management decision & new initiatives for same.
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,50,000 P.A. As per Company Policy
